Emile Fabre, a mountain instructor, presents weekend and week-day offers allowing you to discover the routes at the Nordic walking site in St- Dalmas-le-Selvage, in complete safety. Over 50 km of way-marked trails set in the Mercantour National Park.

Weekend offers (outside of school holidays) - Saturday or Sunday or both days.
Saturday: "Cabane col d'Anelle" - with an introduction to ARVA and nivology - safety rules on the mountain in winter - first aid.
Sunday: "Boucle de Gianto" focus on wildlife that adapts to winter, plus geology.

Week-day offers (during school holidays for French zones B and C)
Monday: "Plateau de Pra gazet" - with an introduction to ARVA and nivology - safety rules on the mountain in winter.
Tuesday: "Cabane col d'Anelle" - focus on geology - introduction to building an igloo - surviving a winter environment - first aid.
Wednesday: "Boucle de Gianto" focus on wildlife that adapts to winter.
Thursday: Vallon de Sestrière - Braisse cabin or Sestrière refuge depending on the level of the group

Conditions: 15 guests maximum.
