The goal of this festival is to illustrate how the tastes, textures and cooking styles in mountain cuisine are evolving and innovating, whilst continuing to reserve pride of place for taste and mountain produce.
5 star-rated chefs, Didier Aniès, Jacques Chibois, Philippe Jego, Patrick Raingeard, Emmanuel Ruz and Stéphanie Le Quellec will prepare 2 menus (lunch on the slopes in Auron and dinner in the resort's restaurants). The chefs will participate in debates during their demonstrations.
