The French Riviera today is the trendy new destination for those who love new winter sports.
Half-pipe, Slopestyle, Big Air, jib area, for beginners or experienced riders: the Riviera’s four snow parks feature all types of modules to discover these new thrills. Just take your snowboard and copy Tony Ramoin, who came in 3rd in the Vancouver Olympics and trains at Isola 2000.

 
AURON SNOWPARK

The Auron snowpark is made up of 2 zones developed in different ways:
Initiation zone: games for the family and the very young, organized around reduced size obstacles and handrails suitable for beginners. It is open to people wishing to have a go or take ESF (French ski school) training courses as well as to clubs – skiing and snowboarding.

"Intermediate" and "advanced" zone: for the more experienced. It provides an evolving games area and bigger and bigger thrills. Obstacles and MP concept handrails are placed strategically on the right of the park so as to ensure fluidity and a high quality spectacle.

"TONY’S SNOWLAND" SNOWPARK – ISOLA 2000

Positioned at an altitude of 2300m, on the "Mouflon" slope, the Isola 2000 snowpark welcomes you daily from 10am to 4pm to discover new skiing thrills.
This technical and entertaining area, maintained daily, offers modules for all practice levels:
Slopestyle
Handrail zone
Beginners' area: easypark
And boardercross so you can enjoy entertaining boarding moments.
This is also the venue for many national and European competitions.

NEW IN 2011-2012: CREATION OF A BIO-PARK

A bio-park is a snowpark located in a natural environment, in the trees, with wooden obstacles. The course consists of 8 wooden modules hidden in the forest. Over 140 m long with 12 modules and 3500m².
2 areas for beginners and experienced riders.
In addition, information panels give riders technical advice and environmental information linked to totems in the form of large sculptures in wood of animals living on the site (chamois, marmots, wolves, tetras, frogs...

SNOWPARK PACKAGE

Do you spend all day at the snowpark? The new snowpark package is made for you: it gives you unlimited access to the Marmottes chair lift, as well as 2 rides per day on the Mercantour cable car. Information at the Isola 2000 ski-lift desk.

THE ESSENTIAL CLUB
"BACK TO BACK" SNOWBOARD CLUB ISOLA 2000
The club offers children all the snowboarding structures scaled down to suit them with courses and tailor-made training sessions. A training centre for approved snowboard
diplomas, the club also offers theoretical and practical information sessions to raise awareness of mountain safety. "Carte Neige" licence required.

SNOWPARK OF LA COLMIANE

La Colmiane’s skiing area features an area equipped with a rope tow to practise Snowboard and freestyle skiing.
The 2-hectare Snow park is recognised as the Alpes-Maritimes’s top sporting spot, with a preformed half-pipe, big air, hip... The snow modules are cut with a snow-grooming machine with a shaper. The site offers artificial snow.

VALBERG SNOWPARK

Creation of a snowpark on the Tony slope (Eguilles sector). Free admission.
2 jump lines of different levels:
- experienced line: 3 moguls (table lengths: 10m, 8m and 6m) including 2 with break-overs
- beginners' line: 3 moguls (table lengths: 5m, 4m and 3m)
2 box/rail type module lines
5 types of Street, Rainbow Kick, flat descent type rails

THE 100% FREESTYLE EVENT NOT TO BE MISSED: THE HIVERNALES

The "Hivernales" is a tour of discovery and initiation into the disciplines of freestyle skiing and snowboarding, with many free events open to everyone.

The "Hivernales" offers introductions to skicross, slopestyle, snowboardcross, big air, mogul skiing... on special modules built on the snow front.
A temporary stage with presenters, also provides the show with the sounds from the event, musical entertainment, games, prizes to be won…
To boost the adrenaline, twice a day, the tour offers a Big Air show on skis and snowboards with the region's best riders.
At the end of the weekend, each participant leaves with his "freestyler diploma" and the youngest riders, a medal and prizes.
